1. Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return in your email.
• Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds will only be issued for returned items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return or refund.
• Any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are excluded from the return policy.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
